We've lived in Bonita Springs, Florida for almost 20 years, and have had many pressure washings done - but never one as thorough and excellent as Apex Washing! Mark has our whole place sparkling clean! He took his time, and very carefully pressure washed our driveway, pool deck, lanai, outdoor furniture, chimney, cleaned the gutters, and much more. He even took down a dead wasp's nest for us! He is very thorough, and takes as long as he needs to do the best possible job. Plus, he is the nicest, most honest person one could ask for. I feel very lucky to have found him, and cannot recommend him enough. His price was more than fair, and he's very self-sufficient. Tell him what you want, and he does it exactly as you've asked.

I actually had won a gift certificate for Mark and was not sure of what I might get. Mark showed up on time and made our boat ramp look like it had just been poured. We will defiantly use Mark and Apex again; His pricing is so fair and honest you can use him for just a little touch up all the way to an entire home. Dependable and goes WAY above and beyond. Mark, owner of Apex Washing is a hard working perfectionist that went above and beyond for a very reasonable price. Mark pressure washed the whole North side of my house and all the precast trim around the entire house. Without asking he also did the balcony floors on three balconies. Great guy and I'm not sure I should recommend him because he is a best kept secret!!

Outstanding service during trying times: Mark was easily accessible and reliable, arriving on time for the appointment we made to power wash my home and pool cage after Hurricane Irma. He was extremely thorough and conscientious and did an excellent job going over a few tough areas to get it just right. All this at a very reasonable rate even power washing some areas we had not originally contracted for at no additional charge. Truly a pleasure to work with; if I would give him six stars and will certainly be using his services again the next time the need arises.
